Education Committee Members

Volunteers serve on this GMCG Board standing committee with GMCG Board members and staff. The mission of the Education Committee is to plan educational opportunities related to the natural resources of the Ossipee Watershed, including their value and sensitivity, through workshops, educational programs, and collection and presentation of scientific data and research. Members often lead educational programs for the organization in an area of their expertise that correlates with GMCG’s mission, and assist with programs such as Nature Story & Discovery Time, interpretive trail walks, educational booths, and school programs. Volunteers meet bi-monthly or as needed via Zoom or in person, if possible.
