We are looking forward to our annual tradition of jumping in the icy Ossipee River to raise awareness for water protection and raising funds to continue our important work in the Ossipee Watershed. GMCG invites you to take the plunge with GMCG staff and friends to support our watershed protection programs! You can participate by plunging, donating, or both!
12 pm the doors of the Blue Heron House open for coffee, hot coco, hot potluck lunch and desserts.
1 pm the Polar Plunge gets underway
Before or after your plunge enjoy a woodfired mobile sauna session courtesy of Elemental Saunas https://www.elementalsaunas.com/
The event will feature prizes for the top three plungers who garner the most sponsorship donations and participation gifts for all who take the plunge.
This year there is a $10 donation to participate if the plunger does not have a sponsoring donation. The $10 donation can be paid online or at the event sign-in table when signing the liability release waiver.
Any questions can be directed to Moselle Spiller, GMCG Outreach Coordinator at outreach@gmcg.org or call the office at 603-539-1859
