7th GMCG Annual Polar Plunge to for Healthy Water

Event runs from noon to 3 p.m.
Plunge begins at 1 p.m.

GMCG invites you to take the plunge into the icy Ossipee River along with GMCG staff and friends to support our watershed protection programs! You can participate by plunging, donating, or both!

12 pm – Doors open at the Blue Heron House for coffee, hot chocolate, potluck lunch and desserts.

1 pm – the Polar Plunge gets underway

Before or after your plunge enjoy a woodfired mobile sauna session courtesy of Elemental Saunas https://www.elementalsaunas.com/

The event will feature prizes for the top three plungers who garner the most sponsorship donations and participation gifts for all who take the plunge.

This year there is a $10 donation to participate if the plunger does not have a sponsoring donation. The $10 donation can be paid at the event sign-in table when signing the liability release waiver.
