BMP Showcase at Middle Danforth Pond

On Saturday, August 24th at 4pm the public is invited to take a guided tour of Best Management Practices recently installed on Danforth Pond, in Freedom, NH.  Designed to capture stormwater runoff before it contaminates a water body, Best Management Practices (BMPs) include waterbars, retention basins, and dry well designs. The BMPs installed on Middle Danforth Pond have been put to the test over the last month and are doing the job! Come see the results and learn from the Friends of Danforth Pond homeowners and volunteers who helped build them!
